Alumni/ae Reception and Annual Meeting 2019

Join us for the Meadville Lombard Alumni/ae Reception and Annual Meeting in Spokane!

We found a very spacious venue this year, plenty of room for all to sit, mingle, and enjoy the evening. We are also opening the door early for anyone who would like to sit and relax, and staying open later after the program for more time to reconnect with each other. Heavy hors-d'oeuvres and cash bar.

• 4:00 pm — Door opens for those who want to come early
  
• 5:00-6:00 pm — Alumni/ae Association Annual Meeting
• 6:00-8:00 pm — More time to visit with each other
• 8:00 pm — Door closes

Let us celebrate you and your ministry! The newest graduates will be introduced and alumni/ae awards will be presented. President Lee Barker, who will be retiring after this GA, will give you a report on the school and introduce you to our President-Elect, Dr. Elias Ortega-Aponte.

NOTE: The evening's program starts promptly at 5:00 pm.

The McGinnity Room is located near the convention center, 0.4 miles door to door. We will arrange for shuttle buses for those who might find the walk to and from the venue challenging.

Partners and family members are most welcome. Please pay per person. Tickets are $25 per person (age 0-2 are free) if pre-registered by June 18th. It will be $30 per person at the door. Cash bar will be available.
